阿奇霉素联合小儿肺热咳喘口服液对支原体肺炎作用效果

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合小儿肺热咳喘口服液在小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察。方法选取2018年1月-2019年6月间本院收治的支原体肺炎患儿48例,随机均分为试验组及对照组,每组24例,给予对照组患者阿奇霉素,试验组在此基础上联合小儿肺热咳喘口服液进行治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗有效率、临床症状改善时间及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者症状改善时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者不良反应出现情况少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺热咳喘口服液联用阿奇霉素在小儿支原体肺炎的治疗中效果良好。

Effect of Azithromycin Combined With Pediatric Feike Kechuan Oral Liquid on Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective To investigate the effect of azithromycin combined with Pediatric Feike Kechuan Oral Liquid on mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods Selected 48 children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated from January 2018 to June 2019,divided into experimental and control groups by numerical random table grouping.24 patients in each group.Patients in the group were treated with azithromycin.On the basis of this,patients in the experimental group were combined with Pediatric Feike Kechuan Oral Liquid for treatment.Compared the treatment efficiency,clinical symptom improvement time,and adverse reactions.Results The treatment efficiency,the symptoms,the incidence of adverse reactions had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Pediatric Feike Kechuan Oral Liquid and azithromycin is effective in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia.
