初产妇侧卧位联合无保护会阴接生的效果研究

目的探讨初产妇侧卧位分娩联合无保护会阴接生对分娩结局的影响。方法随机抽取2018年1月-12月在本院分娩的初产妇100例,其中50例初产妇行侧卧位分娩联合无保护会阴接生法为观察组,50例初产妇行传统接生法为对照组,对比两组初产妇在会阴侧切率、会阴完整率、会阴水肿率、第二产程时间、新生儿Apgar评分、初产妇分娩满意度。结果观察组初产妇会阴侧切率、会阴水肿率、第二产程时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组会阴完整率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组初产妇分娩满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分娩中应用侧卧位分娩联合无保护会阴法,能减少会阴侧切和会阴裂伤,有效地降低了会阴水肿率,缩短了第二产程时间,提高了产妇的满意度,保障了母婴安全。

Study on the Effect of Side-lying Delivery Combined With Unprotected Perineal Delivery for Primipara

Objective To investigate the effect of primipara materal delivery combined with unprotected perineal delivery on the outcome of delivery.Methods A total of 100 primiparas who delivered in the hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly selected.Among these,50 primiparas were delivered in the lateral position combined with unprotected perineal delivery as the observation group,and 50 primiparas were treated with the traditional delivery method as the control group.To compare the rates of perineal incision,perineal intact rate,perineal edema,second stage of labor,neonatal Apgar score,and delivery satisfaction of primiparas between the two groups.Results The perineal lateral resection rate,perineal edema rate,and the second stage of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intact rate of perineum in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Apgar scores of neonates in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The delivery satisfaction of primiparas in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lateral delivery in combination with unprotected perineum during delivery can reduce perineal incision and perineal laceration,effectively reduce the rate of perineal edema,shorten the second stage of labor,improve maternal satisfaction,and ensure the safety of mothers and infants.
