PDCA循环法在临床检验危急值管理中的实践与探讨

目的探究PDCA循环法在临床危急值管理检验中的实践过程以及实行PDCA循环法管理后的危急值管理质量与医疗干预时间及抢救成功率。方法本次试验从2017年7月-2018年12月间我院收治的临床检验危急值患者中选取132例作为观察对象,按照管理方法的不同将其平均分为观察组与对照组两组,对照组接受常规方法管理,观察组接受PDCA循环法管理,对比两组管理效果。结果观察组患者危急值管理质量中危急值回报时间显著低于对照组患者;同时登记数量、登记率及登记合格率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的医疗干预时间显著低于对照组患者,且观察组抢救成功率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论临床中将PDCA循环法应用于临床危急值管理检验中可有效降低危急值管理的回报时间及医疗干预时间,提高危急值管理中的登记数量、登记率及登记合格率,充分提高医院危急管理质量。

Practice and Discussion of PDCA Circulation Method in Critical Value Management of Clinical Laboratory

Objective To explore the practice process of PDCA cycle method in clinical emergency value management test and the quality of emergency value management,medical intervention time and rescue success rate after PDCA cycle method was implemented.Methods 132 patients with critical value in clinical examination admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation objects.According to different management methods,they were divided into observation group and control group on average.The control group was managed by routine methods,while the observation group was managed by PDCA circulation method.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of return of critical value in the quality of critical value management in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the number,registration rate and eligibility rate of registration were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the time of medical intervention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the success rate of rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle method in clinical critical value management test can effectively reduce the return time and medical intervention time of critical value management,improve the registration quantity,registration rate and qualification rate of critical value management,and fully improve the quality of hospital emergency management.
