| 摘 要： | 目的 评价国产封堵器治疗膜部室间隔缺损(VSD)的近期临床疗效.方法 国产封堵器导管介入治疗膜部VSD 206例,术后经胸彩色心脏超声、心电图随访.结果 203例患者封堵成功(1例封堵伞脱落,2例未能通过导丝).出院前经胸彩超检查,无残余分流、无严重并发症.结论 经导管置入国产封堵器治疗膜部VSD近期疗效可靠,安全有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of transcatheter closure of perimembra- nous ventricular septal defect with domestic occluders.Methods Perimembranous ventricular septal defect was diagnosed in 206 patients occluded with domestic occluders.The follow-up eval- uations were made with echocardiography and electrocardiography.Results 203 patients were occluded successfully.No residual shunts and severe complications were found in these successful cases by transthoracic echocardiography before discha... |
