前房积血穿刺冲洗术中应用粘弹剂及立止血的临床观察

目的：观察探讨粘弹剂在前房积血穿刺冲洗术中应用效果及立止血在术中再出血的止血作用和它的安全性。方法：在32例前房积血患者中应用粘弹剂以及6例术中再出血的患者应用立止血溶液冲洗前房进行前房穿刺冲洗术，观察术中积血块分离抽吸冲洗的难易，术中再出血的患者应用立止血的止血情况，术后并发症的发生情况。结果：应用粘弹剂的病人能较易抽吸出积血块，术中再出血的病人应用立止血能很快止血，无角膜水肿及白内障的形成，结论：前房积血穿刺冲洗术应用粘弹剂有利于术中血块与其周围组织的分离，拓展操作空间，易化积血抽吸，减少手术并发症，立止血能拮抗尿激酶，对术中再出血有立竿见影的止血效果，应用于前房穿刺术是安全的。

Clinical evaluation of using viscoelastic and reptilase in the operation of anterior chamber puncture

Objective:To evaluate the effects of patients with hyphema using viscoelastic during the operation of anterior chamber puncture. The effects and security of the patients with re-hyphema using reptilase in the operation of anterior chamber puncture.Methods:32 cases with hyphema using viscoelastic and 6 cases with re-hyphema using retilase during the operation of anterior chamber puncture, we paid attention to the easy and difficulty of the blood clot's cleaning that using viscoelastic during the operation and the situation of carrying on the reptilase to stop bleeding in the cases of re-hyphema, observed the complications after the operation. Results: It's easy to clean the blood clots of the cases carried out viscoelastic, and the cases carried out reptilase could stop bleeding quickly and easily. There is no complications of cornea edma and cataract. Conclusions:Using viscoelastic(Healon) during the operation of anterior chamber puncture makes it easy to separate the blood clot from the periphery tissues, to enlarge the operation space, to clean the blood clot, and to reduce the complication of the operation. Reptilase has the function of anti-urokinase, which could stop bleeding quickly. It is secure during the operation of anterior chamber puncture.
