| 摘 要： | 目的探讨p16蛋白表达与喉鳞状细胞癌的临床病理关系. 方法应用免疫组化SP法检测60例喉鳞癌组织中p16的蛋白表达情况. 结果 p16蛋白在喉鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于正常喉黏膜组织(P<0.05).随着临床分期的进展及组织学分化程度的降低,p16蛋白表达进一步降低.有颈淋巴结转移的喉癌组织p16蛋白阳性表达低于无转移的喉癌组织. 结论检测p16蛋白表达状况对喉癌的早期诊断和预后评估有临床参考价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between p16 expression and clinical pathology of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC). Methods Immunohistochemical SP procedures were taken in this study to detect p16 expression in the laryngeal tissues of 60 cases with primary LSCC and 14 healthy cases as control. Results The positive rate of p16 expression was significantly lower in the cases with lscc than that in healthy person(P<0.05). Furthermore, p16 expression showed a declined tendency in the positive rate in cases with neck lymph node metastasis,when compared with those cases without neck lymph node enlarging. Conclusion The detection of p16 protein is helpful for the early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation for cases with laryngeal carcinoma. |
