| 摘 要： | 目的 观察血府逐瘀汤治疗子宫内膜异何症的临床疗效.方法 将49例子宫内膜异位症随机分为两组,治疗组采用血府逐瘀汤,1剂/d;对照组口服孕三烯酮.2.5 mg,2次/周,服药期间避孕.结果 治疗组疼痛症状和体征完全缓解率岛于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 血府逐瘀汤治疗子宫内膜异位症有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of treating endometriosis with decoction for removing blood stasis.Methods 49 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with decoction for removing blood stasis with one dosage per day until menstruation began.The control group was taken gestrinone orally with 2.5mg for each time,twice per week and contraception methods were taken dunng the therapeutic period.Results The treatment group had abetter recovery rate of symptoms and signs of pain than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Decoction for removing blood stasis had good clinical effects in treating endometriosis. |
