三七有效成分对人子宫内膜细胞培养液NO及NOS的影响

摘    要:目的探讨三七不同有效成分干预人子宫内膜炎症模型后,其细胞培养液中一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活力的变化。方法以三七有效成分干预炎症子宫内膜细胞模型,分别测定48h及72hNO、NOS的活力。结果模型组细胞培养液中NO、NOS活力较正常对照组明显增高(P〈0.01)。经药物干预后,三七复方组和三七氨酸组NO和NOS活力都明显低于同时段的模型组(P〈0.01)。而48h三七皂苷组与同时段模型组比较,NO含量、NOS活力明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);72h三七皂苷组NO含量、NOS活力较同时段模型组明显降低(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。而三七复方组和正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论三七复方、三七氨酸能明显降低炎症性子宫内膜细胞培养液中NO、NOS活力,调节血管的舒缩功能,从而达到止血的目的。三七皂苷在短时间内可升高NO和NOS含量,改善局部血流,消除已存在的瘀血.化瘀后更有助于三七氨酸发挥止血的功效。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of active principle of panax notoginseng on change of vitality in culture fluid of NO and NOS from human endometrial cell infammatory model. Methods The cell model of inflammatory human endometium was induced by active prineiple of panax notnginseng, which was interposed by the best concentration established in former experiment. And vitaility of NO, NOS has been determinated in 48 h and 72 h. Result The active prineiple of panax notoginseng can distinctly decrease NO, NOS of the RPMI1640 of human endometrial cell to near normality. Condusion The compound of panax notoginseng can lower distinctly vitality of NO and NOS in the culture fluid, regulate diastolic function of blood vessel, and get hemostatic result. Saponin of panax noto ginseng can increase the content of NO and NOS in short time, improve blood flow in local area and remove blood stasis.
