摘    要:目的探讨建立医院静脉输注药物配置中心(PIVAS)的效果以及意义。方法选取2007年3月~2009年3月间我院20个临床科室,根据实施PIVAS模式前后的不同阶段分为实验组和对照组,并对20个临床科室前后各类材料消耗量、与配液有关的输液反应发生率以及患者对输液护理的满意程度进行分析。结果实验空针、纱布以及材料消耗总金额明显低于对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。实验组输液反应率为0.003%,对照组为0.1%,两者比较差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。实验组总满意度为99.50%,对照组为82.00%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论建立PIVAS能促进临床合理用药,减少各类耗材及药品的浪费,减轻病人和护士的负担,并能加强职业防护,值得大力推广。

ANALYZE THE EFFECT OF ESTABLISHING PHLEBOCLYSIS DRUG DISPOSAL CENTER TO PROMOTE RATIONAL USE OF DRUG

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect and significance of establishment of phlebeclysis drug disposal center. Methods The 20 clinical departments from March 2007 to March 2009 were divided into experimental group and control'group according to different time before and after establishment of phleboclysis drug disposal center. And the consumption of all kinds of materials, rate of infusion reaction relative to injection disposal and satisfaction rate of transfusion nursing were analyzed. Results The total amount of money about injection syringe, absorbent gauze and materials in experimental group were less than those in control group, and there were significant differences between two groups(p 〈0.05). The satisfaction rate of transfusion nursing were 99.50% in experimental group and 82. 00% in control group, and there were significant differences between two groups (p 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The establishment of phlebeclysis drug disposal center can promote rational use of drug, decrease the burden of patients and nurses and can enforce occupation protection, so it is worthy to spread.
