250例耐多药肺结核病人治疗分析

目的研究耐多药肺结核病的治疗,为改善其治疗效果、探索有效的防治对策和措施提供依据。方法对近两年250例耐多药肺结核病人进行统计与分析。结果250例经治疗后痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收率和空洞闭合率分别达到63.2%、61.2%和58.9%。结论控制耐多药肺结核病,重在预防与管理;制定合理有效的化疗方案并借助于外科治疗;加强农村地区的防痨工作。

Analysis of therapeutic effect on 250 patients with multi - drug resistance pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To study the treatment of multi - drug resistance pulmonary tuberculosis and to provide the basis for improving therapeutic effect and exploring effceetive provention measurement. Methods 250 patients with multi - drug resistanec pulmonary tuberculosis in last 2 years were applied with statistical and analytic metheds. Results Among 250 patients,the spuctum negative conversion rate,foeimarked absorption rate and cavity curative effect rate was 63.2% ,61.2% and 58.6% ,respectively, after treatment. Conclusion The prevention, management, reasonable chemotherapy and surgical treatment are the ef- fective methods in the control of multi - drug resistance pulmonary tuberculosis in reral area.
