摘    要:目的研究CHFR甲基化水平与晚期食管癌对紫杉醇化疗的关系。方法 100例晚期食管癌患者以紫杉醇方案化疗,最终92例患者按要求完成并进行临床疗效评价。检测CHFR基因甲基化水平与缓解率、无进展生存时间之间的关系。结果 CHFR基因在食管癌患者外周血中呈高频率的甲基化,其甲基化频率为21.7%。甲基化的患者缓解率高于非甲基化的患者(70.0%/41.7%),甲基化的患者无病进展时间长于非甲基化患者(6.3个月/5.7个月)。ECOG评分亦会影响无病进展时间。其他临床因素与缓解率和无进展生存时间无显著相关性。结论 CHFR甲基化水平可能与晚期食管癌患者对紫杉醇化疗疗效和无病进展生存时间相关。

A study on the relationship between CHFR methylation and the effect of paclitaxel in treating advanced esophageal cancer

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between CHFR gene methylation status and response to paclitaxel-based chemotherapy of the advanced esophageal cancer.Methods Totally 100 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were treated with paclitaxel-based chemotherapy,92 of which were eligible for analysis in clinical curative effects.Methylation status of CHFR gene was examined,and the relationship between CHFR gene methylation status and the clinical outcome was analyzed.Results A high frequency of methylation happened to CHFR gene in the peripheral blood of patients with esophageal cancer,and the methylation frequency was 21.7%.Patients with methylation had a higher response rate and longer PFS than those without methylation(70.0% vs 41.7%,6.3 m vs 5.7 m respectively).ECOG score was just one element that affected disease progression-free survival time.There was no significant relationship among the response rate and PFS and the other clinical factors.Conclusion The study suggests that the CHFR gene methylation status may be related to the therapeutic responses to paclitaxel-based chemotherapy and PFS in advanced esophageal cancer.
