布林佐胺联合噻吗洛尔治疗青光眼的近期疗效

目的探讨布林佐胺联合噻吗洛尔对于青光眼的近期疗效。方法将2010年6月到2012年6月收治的120例原发性开角型青光眼患者,随机均分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用拉坦前列腺素,试验组采用布林佐胺联合噻吗洛尔进行治疗。随访26周,比较2组患者治疗前后眼内压、血压、心率和副作用的发生情况。结果与对照组相比较,试验组治疗后眼内压的降低更加明显,昼夜变化显著降低(P<0.05),局部和全身副作用的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前相比较,2组患者治疗后的心率、血压均未出现显著变化。结论布林佐胺联合噻吗洛尔对于控制青光眼的眼内压的短期疗效确切,未增加副作用的发生率。

Short-term effect of brinzolamide-timolol combination in the treatment of glaucoma patients

Objective To evaluate the short-term effect of brinzolamide-timolol combination in the the treatment of glaucoma patients.Methods A total of 120 patients diagnosed with primary open-angle glaucoma from 2010 to 2012 were examined in this study.All patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly and equally.The control group was treated with latanoprst,while the experimental group was treatmed with brinzolamide-timolol combination.After 26 weeks of follow-up,intraocular pressure,blood pressure,heart rate,and the incidence of complications were compared between different groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with control group,the decrease of intraocular pressure in experimental group after treatment was more obvious,and the diurnal variation was significantly lower(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of local and systemic complications between different groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the heart rate and blood pressure before or after treatment in both groups.Conclusion The brinzolamide-timolol combination has an exact short-term effect on treating glaucoma.Moreover,it does not increase the incidence of complications.
