高强度聚焦超声治疗39例晚期胰腺癌疗效观察

目的分析高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗晚期胰腺癌的治疗效果及安全性。方法 39例晚期胰腺癌接受HIFU治疗。结果完成治疗39例。治疗后根据VRS法对疼痛进行评估,疼痛完全消失10例(25.6%),轻度20例(51.3%),中度7例(17.9%),重度2例(5.2%)。治疗3个月后1例CR,15例PR,21例SD,2例PD。其中1年随访者6例,生存率15.4%(6/39),2年随访者2例,生存率5.1%(2/39)。所有完成治疗的患者均未见明显不良反应。结论 HIFU治疗晚期胰腺癌患者能取得一定的疗效,治疗安全性高,值得临床进一步观察研究,是一种有效的局部治疗方法。

Clinical observation of high-intensity focused ultrasound in treating 40 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer

Objective To observe the effects of high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) on treating advanced pancreatic cancer and its safety.Methods Thirty-nine patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were treated with HIFU.Results Therapy was completed in 39 cases.Pain assessment was made after treatment via VRS methods.The pain disappeared completely in 10 cases(25.6%),20 cases were mild(51.3%),7 cases were moderate(17.9%),and 2 cases were severe(5.2%).After 3 months of treatment,there was 1 case of CR,15 cases of PR,21 cases of SD,and 2 cases of PD.The following up of 1 year happened in 6 cases,and the survival rate was 15.4%(6/39).The following up of 2 years happened in 2 cases,and the survival rate was 5.1%(2/39).All completely treated patients showed no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion HIFU therapy for advanced pancreatic cancer can achieve certain effects,which is an effective local treatment.
