子宫肉瘤的化疗护理

目的探讨子宫肉瘤化疗的临床应用效果和护理配合。方法晚期子宫肉瘤11例患者，采用AP方案{顺铂（DDP），30mg·m^-2，d1-3；多柔比星（ADM），50mg·m^-2，d1；21天为1周期或IP方案顺铂（DDP），30mg·m^-2，d1-3；异环磷酰胺（IFO），2mg·m^-2，d1-3；2l天为1周期。2周期后评价疗效，全组化疗共62周期，每例平均5个周期（4-6周期）。结果部分缓解率36．4％（4／11），无完全缓解患者；生活质量有改善，治疗后Kamofsky评分（81．3±11．1）高于治疗前（62．2±12．6，P〉0．05）。不良反应主要为白细胞降低（72．7％）、恶心呕吐（54．5％）。结论AP方案或IP方案治疗子宫肉瘤是有效的，护理人员应做好护理，促进患者康复，观察化疗后患者的反应。保证化疗的顺利进行。

Nursing care of patients with uterine sarcoma chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical application combined with nursing care in uterine sarcoma chemotherapy. Method We choose two different chemotherapy plans in 11 patients with advanced sarcoma of uterus as following： AP program： doxorubicin（ADM） 50 mg·m^-2 ivgtt dl; cispla- tin （PDD） 30 mg·m^-2 ivgtt dl-3; 21 days for one cycle; or IP option： ifosfamide（IFO） 2 mg·m^-2 ivgtt dl-3; cisplatin （PDD） 30 mg·m^-2 ivgtt dl-3; 21 days for one cycle. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after two cycles. The whole therapy group were given 62 schemotherapy, with an average of 5 cycles per patient （4 to 6 cycles）. Results The partial remission rate （PR） is 36.4% （4 / 11）.There were no patients with complete remission; The quality of life was improved and Kamofsky score after treatment is higher （81.3±11.1） than that before treatment （62.2±12.6, P〉0.05）. Adverse reactions were mainly leukopenia （72.7%）, nausea and vomiting（54.5%）. Conclusion AP or IP program in the treatment of sarcoma of uterus is effective, nurses should be prepared to care well, promote patient rehabilitation, observe carefully the response of patients after chemotherapy, to ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy.
