国产多西他赛单药周剂量治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的观察国产多西他赛单药周剂量给药方案治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 56例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者均给予国产多西他赛25mg·m-2,第1、8、15天给药方案治疗,休息1周,均完成2个周期后评价近期疗效。结果 56例患者中,CR3例,PR18例,SD24例,PD11例。总有效率（CR＋PR）为37.50%。临床受益13例,其中体重增加≥7%者11例。毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制、脱发、消化道反应。结论国产多西他赛单药周剂量给药治疗老年晚期NSCLC安全有效,老年患者有较好的耐受性。

The clinical investigation of docetaxel single and weekly administration strategy for elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To study the effects and adverse reactions of China-made docetaxel via single and weekly administration strategy on the 56 elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Method Fifty-six elderly patients （NSCLC） without previous treatment received intravenous infusions of Chinamade docetaxel 25 mg·m-2 at d1, d8, d15, with one week interval. Therapeutic efficiency were evaluated after all patients received two cycles treatment. Results Among 56 patients, complete response （CR） was obtained in 3 case, partial response （PR） in 18 cases, stable disease （SD） in 24 cases,and progressive disease （PD） in 11 cases. Total response rate was （CR＋PR） 37.50%（21 /56 ）. 13 cases have clinical benefit, including 11 patients who gained weight≥ 7% .The main adverse reactions were hematologic toxicity, alopecie and light alimentary canal reactive. Conclusion Docetaxel used single and weekly in elderly patients with NSCLC would be effective and safe. The elderly patients are well tolerated.
