| 摘 要： | 目的通过体外实验,对双氢青蒿素作用于人类结直肠癌癌细胞后的效果进行观察,从而探讨双氢青蒿素对肿瘤细胞生长效果的影响。方法运用MTT法观察双氢青蒿素以及5-氟尿嘧啶对人类结直肠癌细胞的体外影响。结果不同浓度的双氢青蒿素对癌细胞的抑制作用随浓度的增加而增强,呈明显的剂量依赖性,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。同时其抑制效果与5-氟尿嘧啶相当。结论双氢青蒿素对人结直肠癌细胞具有体外抑制作用,其治疗效果与5-氟尿嘧啶相当。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe human colorectal cancer cells effected by dihydroartemisinin in vitro,so as to explore the effect of dihydroartemisinin on cancer cells growth.Method MTT assay was employed to detect the effect of dihydroartemisinin and 5-fluorouracil on human colorectal cancer cells in vitro.Results Effect of dihydroartemisinin on tumor cells was enhanced along with increasing concentrations,showing an obvious dose-dependent manner.The difference between groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Besides,its inhibitory effect was similar with that of 5-fluorouracil.Conclusion Dihydroartemisinin had an equivalent inhibition effect with 5-fluorouracil on the human colorectal cancer cells in vitro. |
