中晚期原发性肝癌中西医结合治疗与西医治疗疗效比较的Meta 分析

目的评价中西医结合治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的近期临床疗效。方法检索2005年至2009年维普资讯中文科技期刊数据库、CNKI中国期刊全文数据库、中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库及中国博士学位论文全文数据库收录的相关文献,纳入以中晚期原发性肝癌患者为研究对象、比较中西医结合与单纯西医治疗肝癌近期效果的随机对照试验,对符合纳入标准的研究进行分析评价。结果中西医结合治疗中晚期原发性肝癌总体近期疗效优于纯西医治疗,其汇总[OR（95%CI）：2.04（1.35,3.08）,P〈0.00007];结论中西医结合治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的近期疗效显示出比单纯西医治疗更加有效的倾向,但是,尚需更多高质量研究以增加证据的可信度。

Meta analysis on difference between the integrated traditional and western treatment and simple western medicine treatment on patients with advanced primary liver cancer

Objective To evaluate the short-term clinical efficacy of integrated traditional and western treatment for patients with advanced primary liver cancer. Method The data was extracted from 2005 to 2009 VIP Chinese Science and Technology Information periodical database, CNKI China Academic Journal, China＇s outstanding master＇s degree thesis, Ph.D. thesis, the Chinese text databases and indexed full-text literature database to include the study on patients with advanced primary liver cancer. Results of randomized controlled trials were compared and analyzed to evaluate the efficacy of integrated traditional and western treatment and simple western medicine treatment. Results The clinical efficacy in short term of integrated traditional and western treatment is better than that of simple western treatment, with OR（95%CI）： 2.04 （1.35, 3.08）,P 0.00007. Conclusion Integrative Medicine treatment on primary liver cancer showed a tendency of better clinical efficacy than simply Western medicine. However, more high quality research is still required in order to increase the credibility of the evidence.
