甘利欣注射液联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗肝纤维化的疗效观察

目的观察甘利欣注射液联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗慢性乙型肝炎纤维化的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,甘利欣注射液与复方鳖甲软肝片联合应用的治疗组,以及应用门冬氨酸钾镁联合秋水仙碱的对照组,疗程均为4周,期间不服用其他抗纤维化及调节免疫药物。比较两组肝功能、肝纤维化指标的变化。结果肝功能复常率和肝纤维化改善程度均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论甘利欣注射液联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗慢性乙型肝炎纤维化疗效显著,能够很好的抗肝纤维化,防止进一步向肝硬化发展。

Observation on efficacy of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate injection combine with Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablets in treatment of hepatofibrosis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Diarmnonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection combine with compound Biejia Ruangan tablets in hepatofibrosis of Chronic Hepatitis B. Methods 60 pa- tients with hepatofibrosis were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate injection and compound Biejia Ruangan tablets for 4 weeks, and the control group was treated with Potassium Magmesium Aspartate and Colchicine for 4 weeks without taking anti-fi- brosis and immunoregulation medication. Hepatic function and the degree of hepatofibrosis were compated between the two groups. Results In the treatment group, hepatic function and the degree of hepatofibrosis were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injec- tion combination Fufang Biejia Ruangan Table could treat hepatofibrosis induced by Chronic Hepatitis B effectively and counteract hepatofibrosis commendably and prevented the further development to hepatic cirrhosis.
