快速康复在结直肠癌手术中治疗应用

结直肠癌为我国多发肿瘤之一，目前我国结直肠外科手术治疗，不论腹腔镜或开腹手术，住院时间一般需10天左右，近年来，随着快速康复外科（fast-tracksurgery，FTS）新理念逐渐兴起，尤其腹腔镜技术与快速康复理念相结合，其定位于限期手术患者围手术期采用多学科多技术结合的诊疗模式，减少手术应激，加速患者术后康复。FTS理念已在欧美国家多个外科领域得到广泛应用，本文就FTS的主要内容及其在结直肠手术中的应用进行阐述。
