| 摘 要： | 恶性肿瘤是严重影响人类健康和生命安全的疾病,新的血管生成是恶性肿瘤发生和发展的重要生理病理过程。人骨髓中含有血管内皮祖细胞（EPCs）,来源于骨髓EPCs的通过不同的机制动员进入血液循环,并参与肿瘤的血管生成。本文主要综述了EPCs的主要来源、生物学特性以及其参与肿瘤血管生成的机制。由于EPCs可以成为肿瘤诊断及治疗中的靶细胞,对其进行广泛而深入的研究将为肿瘤个体化治疗提供新策略。

| Abstract: | Malignant Tumor seriously imperils human health and life.Formation of new blood vessels is an important pathophysiological process in the initiation and progression of malignancies.Endothelial progenitor cells （EPCs）,which originating from bone marrow,can be mobilized to circulation via different mechanisms,and take part in vasculogenesis of the tumour tissue.This paper summarized the principal source,biological characteristics and mechanisms of EPCs in tumor vasculogenesis.Due to EPCs hold potential to be used as a target of diagnosis and therapy,it would provide new strategies to the individual treatment of tumor by taking a thorough and broad study on EPCs. |
