p16、p53、C—erbB—2蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其意义

[目的]研究p16、p53、C-erbB-2蛋白的表达与胃癌临床病理学特征的关系。[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法研究100例胃癌组织中，p16、p53、C-erbB-2蛋白的表达，并进行增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）检测。[结果]100例胃癌中p16、p53、C-erbB-2的阳性率分别为43％、56％和50％。P53、C-rbB-2阳性表达，p16阴性表达的患者预后差（P值分别<0.01和<0.05），p53表达与细胞增殖、病理分型、分化程度有密切关系，C-erbB-2表达与淋巴结转移、浸润深度相关。[结论]多基因分析比单基因分析更有价值，p16、p53、C-erbB-2蛋白异常表达及其相互作用在胃癌发生、发展中起重要作用，可作为判断胃癌预后的有效指标。

erbB-2 in Gastric Cancer and its Significance

To approach the relationship of p16,p53,C erbB 2 expression with the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer.p16,p53,C erbB 2 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen( PCNA ) expressions of 100 cases of gastric cancer tissues were investigated by immunohistochemical method. Of 100 cases with gastric cancer,positive expression rates of p16,p53 and C erbB 2 were 43%, 56% and 50%,respectively.p53,C erbB 2 positive expression and p16 negative expressions indicated bad prognosis (P<0.01 and<0.05). p53 positive expression was closely related to cell proliferation,pathological types and differential degree .C erbB 2 postive expression was correlated to lymph node metastasis and infiltration degree.The protein expression mentioned above occurred in 83% of gastric cancer,the multiple protein expressioned simultaneously in 47%.[Conclusions] The analysis of multi gene is more valuable than that of single gene.The abnormal expressions of p16,p53 and C erbB 2 and their mutual actions play an important role in gastric carcinogenesis.These protein expressions are effective indicators for prognosis of gastric cancer.
