| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同护理方法对经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术（transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE）后不良反应及并发症的影响。方法：180例肝癌患者按接受护理方法不同分为A、B两组,A组：常规护理＋心理护理;B组：常规护理＋心理护理＋预见性护理等综合护理。比较两组不良反应及并发症。结果：B组患者TACE术后不良反应及并发症明显低于A组（P〈0.05）。结论：预见性护理辅以心理护理等综合护理能减少TACE的不良反应及并发症,减轻了患者的痛苦。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the influence of different nursing methods to complications and side effects after TACE.Methods：180 patients with liver cancer who were treated by TACE were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,giving group A routine and psychological nursing methods and group B routine,psychological and foreseeing nursing methods.Compared the side effects and complications between A and B groups.Results：The incidence of side effects and complications after TACE in group B was far below than that in group A （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of foreseeing nursing, routine nursing and psychological nursing care could reduce the incidence of side effects and complications after TACE, and relieve the patients＇pain. |
