| 摘 要： | 目的 通过比较风疹流行期组与非流行期组新生儿脐血风疹抗体滴度及两组新生儿听性脑干诱发电位（ＡＢＲ）结果，了解孕期风疹病毒感染与胎儿听功能的影响。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法测试流行期组５３例，非流行期组１０例新生儿脐血风疹特异性抗体ＩｇＧ滴度；测试两组新生儿共４５例（９０耳）ＡＢＲ。结果 流行期组脐血ＲＶ－ＩｇＧ滴度阳性率８６．８％，明显高于非流行期组２０％的阳性率，Ｐ〈０．０１；流行期组ＡＢＲ异常检 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study relationship of the rubella infection with the neonate auditus and influence effect. Methods RV-IgG of neonate from blood of 53 cases cord rubella epidemic term and 10 cases from unepidemic term were assayed by ELISA. Also ABR was determined in 45 infants. Results The positive rates of RV-IgG in epidemic group and unepidemic were 86.8% and 20% respectively(P<0.01).The detectable rates of abnormat ABR was 35.7% in epidemic group, but unepidemic group was negative (P<0.01). Conclusion The rubella virus infection can cause the inner ear developmental disturbance of fetuse. The cause of congenital rubella deafness can be found early by determine the RV-IgG antibody titer of cord blood. |
