脑干出血57例临床与预后分析

目的：分析自发性脑干出血的病因、临床症状、体征以及出血量和治疗手段与预后的关系。方法：选择经头部CT或MRI证实的57例病例，对其病因、临床表现、出血量及治疗与预后进行分析。结果：57例中有高血压病史48例（84．2％），16例出血量〉10ml全部死亡，深度昏迷持续高热、合并急性肾功能衰竭者预后不良。结论：脑干出血的预后与病因、意识障碍水平及临床特征、血量大小、出血部位、治疗手段密切相关。

Analysis on clinical and prognosis of 57 cases of spontaneous brainstem hemorrhage

Objective： To analyze the relationship among the etiology, clinical symptoms, signs, bleeding volume, management and prognosis of spontaneous brainstem hemorrhage. Methods： 57 cases confirmed by CT or MRI of brain, analyze their etiology, clinical symptoms, bleeding volume and prognosis.Results： In 48 cases with hypertension （84.2%）,16 cases whose bleeding volum〉10 ml were all died. Deep coma, persistance hyperpyrexia, complicated with acute renal failure had a poor prognosis.Conclusion： Prognosis of spontaneous brainstem hemorrhage has a close correlation with the etiology, level of conscious disturbance, clinical character, bleeding volume, bleeding sites and management.
