复方磷酸可待因溶液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效观察

目的观察常规疗法加复方磷酸可待因溶液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的疗效和安全性。方法100例COPD急性加重期的患者随机分为两组。治疗组50例,在常规治疗基础上加用复方磷酸可待因溶液10ml,口服,每日三次,连用7天。另有常规治疗组50例,仅用吸氧、抗感染、必嗽平、改善通气等常规处理。结果治疗组总有效率为96%,与对照组(64%)相比,差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发现严重不良反应。结论复方磷酸可待因溶液可有效改善COPD急性期患者的症状,是该病有效的辅助治疗药物之一。

Efficacy observation of compound codeine phosphate solution in treating acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of compound codeine phosphate solution in treating acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods One hundred patients of AECOPD were to divide into two groups randomly.Fifty patients of AECOPD were treated with compound codeine phosphate solution 10ml,po,qd for 7 day,in addition to conventional therapy(inhalation of oxygen and anti-infection therapy etc).Other 50 patients were served as control and were treated with conventional therapy only.Results The total response rate was 96% and 64% for treatment group and comparison group respectively(P<(0.05)).No serious adverse reactions were found in two groups.Conclusions Compound codeine phosphate solution was one of the effective assistant agents in treating AECOPD,because it plays the role in the improvement of symptoms.
