| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨治疗泪道阻塞和慢性泪囊炎简便有效的方法。方法 :用泪道穿线联合插管治疗泪道阻塞 2 5眼 ,泪囊炎 2 8眼。结果 :痊愈 4 4例、4 8眼 ,占 90 .5 7% ;有效 5例、5眼 ,占 9.4 3%。结论 :泪道穿线联合插管治疗泪道阻塞 ,泪囊炎成功率高 ,患者损伤轻 ,痛苦小 ,适于推广

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the value of threading combined with intubation of lacrimal passage in lacrimal obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis. Method:25 eyes of lacrimal obstruction and 28 eyes of chronic dacryocystitis were treated with threading combined with intubation of lacrimal passage.Result:44 cases (48 eyes)were healed. 5 cases (5 eyes)were ameliorated.The cure rate was 90.57% and total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion:Threading combined with intubation of lacrimal passage has high successful rate, slight injury,small pain and fits for extended in each hospital. |
