HtrA2/Omi与Survivin在胰腺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨凋亡相关蛋白丝氨酸蛋白酶HtrA2/Omi和Survivin在胰腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法：用免疫组化SP法对40例胰腺癌组织和20例癌旁正常胰腺组织中HtrA2/Omi和Survivin的表达情况进行检测。结果：胰腺癌组与对照组比较,HtrA2/Omi、Survivin表达率均明显升高,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,HtrA2/O-mi的阳性表达率与Survivin的阳性表达率无显著相关（r=0.105,P〉0.05）;HtrA2/Omi在胰腺癌组织中的表达与肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度相关,Survivin表达与肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度、肿瘤转移相关。结论：HtrA2/Omi、Survivin可能通过调节胰腺癌组织细胞的凋亡而参与胰腺癌的发病。

Research of the expression and clinical significance of HtrA2/Omi and Survivin in pancreatic carcinoma

Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of HtrA2/Omi and Survivin in pancreatic carcinoma.Methods：Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HtrA2/Omi and Survivin in 40 pancreatic carcinoma cases and 20 normal pancreas cases.Results：Compared with the normal pancreas,the expression level of HtrA2/Omi and Survivin was increased in pancreatic carcinoma（P0.05）,there was no correlation between the expression of HtrA2/Omi and Survivin（r=0.105,P0.05）.The expression of HtrA2/Omi in pancreatic carcinoma was correlated with TNM stage and differentiated degree,the expression of Survivin was correlated with TNM stage,differentiated degree and metastasis.Conclusion：HtrA2/Omi and Survivin may be involved in the pathogenesis of pancreatic carcinoma by regulating the apoptosis of cancer cells.
