老年2型糖尿病肾病危险因素的分析

目的观察老年糖尿病肾病（DN）的相关危险因素。方法108例老年糖尿病患者分成两组，一组为糖尿病肾病56例，另一组为非糖尿病肾病组52例。观察血压、血糖、血脂等各项指标的改变。结果DN组的体重指数（BMI）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、DM病程（DOD）、空腹血糖（FPG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、胰岛素抵抗（IR）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）均显著高于非DN组（P〈0．001）。结论高血压、血脂、血糖和病程是糖尿病肾病（DN）的危险因素，尤其是在老年糖尿病患者中尤为突出。

Analysis on the risk factors of diabetic nephropathy in older patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus

Objective To analysis the correlated risk factors about diabetic nephropathy （DN） of type 2 diabetes （T2DM）. Methods 108 patients of T2DM were divided into two groups, including DN group （56 cases） and non- DN group （52 cases）. The alteration of blood pressure, blood glucose and blood fat were observed. Results The body mass index （BMI）, SBP, DBP, the diabetic course of disease, fasting plasma glucose（FPG）, 2h plasma glucose （2hPG）, glu- cosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, fasting insulin（ FINS） , insulin resistance（ IR）, triglyeeride （TG） and low density lipo- protein cholestorol （ LDL-C） in the DN group were significantly higher than that in the non-DN group（P〈0. 001 ）. Con- clusion Hypertension, the increase levels of blood fat, blood sugar and diabetic course of disease were risk factors of DN, especially in older patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus.
