重度子痫前期剖宫产终止妊娠的临床疗效分析

目的探讨重度子痫前期患者应用剖宫产终止妊娠对母婴生存和预后的临床疗效。方法入选重度子痫前期患者63例,38例行剖宫产终止妊娠(剖宫产组),25例行阴道助产分娩(阴道产组),比较两组母婴生存及预后情况。结果剖宫产组产妇分娩期并发症合并症发生率均低于阴道组(P均<0.05);剖宫产组新生儿窒息率和围产儿死亡率均低于阴道产组,但比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);剖宫产组死胎及死产率均低于阴道产组(P均<0.05)。结论适时选择剖宫产是重度子痫前期的最佳分娩方式,是减少母婴并发症、降低围产儿死胎及死产率、提高母婴生命与健康的根本措施。

Analysis of clinical curative effect in severe pre-eclampsia after termination of pregnancy by uterine-incision delivery

Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of mother and infants' survival and prognostic when patients of severe pre-eclampsia accepted termination of pregnancy by uterine-incision delivery.Methods Sixty-three cases of severe pre-eclampsia patients were selected.Thirty-eight cases accepted termination of pregnancy by uterine-incision delivery(uterine-incision delivery group) and twenty-five cases gave birth to a child by vaginal(vaginal delivery group).Information of mother and infants' survival and prognostic in two groups was compared.Results Incidence rates of patients' complication in uterine-incision delivery group were lower than those in vaginal delivery group(P<0.05).Rate of asphyxia neonatorum and perinatal mortality in uterine-incision delivery group were lower than those in vaginal delivery group,but no statistically significant bween two groups(P>0.05).Rate of fetal death and stillbirth were lower than those in vaginal delivery group(P>0.05).Conclusion If delivery method of uterine-incision was utilized to termination of pregnancy of severe pre-eclampsia patients,incidence rates of mothers and infants' complication,fetal death and stillbirth would be reduced.Uterine-incision delivery would be better delivery method which was selected at the right moment in severe pre-eclampsia,and it would be basic measure to improve mother and infants' survival and healthy.
