| 摘 要： | 转化生长因子β(TGF-β)是一类对细胞的生长、分化、细胞外基质的聚集和免疫反应有着广泛潜在影响的多功能肽类生长因子。肝纤维化是多种肝病共有的组织改变,其发生的关键是肝星形细胞的激活以及细胞外基质的过度沉积,在这一过程中起调节作用的细胞因子就是TGF-β。本文就TGF-β与肝纤维化的关系综述如下。

| Abstract: | TGF-β is a kind of muhifunctional cytokine having extensive biological activity in the growth and degeneration of ceils, the aggravation of ECM and the immunity. Liver fibrosis is the common tissue change of various liver diseases and the activation of HSC and excessive deposition of ECM play a vital important role in the formation of it. TGF-β is an accommodative cytokine in this procedure. The article reviews the relationship between TGF-β and liver fibrosis. |
