米索前列醇阴道内置联合B超在绝经妇女取环术中的应用

目的探讨米索前列醇阴道内置联合B超在绝经后取环中的应用价值。方法将2008年4月—2009年3月绝经后取环的患者85例随机分为观察组50例和对照组35例,观察组采用米索前列醇阴道内置联合B超行取环术,对照组行传统常规取环术。结果观察组的取环成功率略高于对照组,但两组间无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,宫颈软化程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）,且副作用发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论米索前列醇阴道内置联合B超应用于绝经后取环术效果满意,提高了取环成功率,且副作用少,值得临床关注。

The Application of Misoprostol Combined with B-ultrasound in Postmenopausal Removing IUD

OBJECTIVE To investigate the application value of Misoprostol combined with B-ultrasound in postmenopausal .removing IUD. METHOD From April 2008 to March 2009 in our hospital, the 85 cases of postmenopausal removing IUD were randomly divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group （35 cases） , the observation group applied Misoprostol combined with B-ultrasound in postmenopausal removing IUD, the control group used conventional operation of removing IUD. RESULTS The success rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference （P〉0.05） ,the degree of cervical softening of the observation group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05） , and the incidence of side effects was lower than the control group （P〈0.05） . CONCLUSION Misoprostol combined with B-ultrasound in postmenopausal removing IUD has satisfactory results, it will greatly improve the success rate of check ring, and it has little side effect, so it is worthy of attention.
