肿节风分散片联合洛美沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的疗效观察

目的探讨肿节风分散片联合洛美沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎(APOM)的临床疗效。方法选取2014年11月—2015年11月内蒙古林业总医院耳鼻喉科收治的急性化脓性中耳炎患者98例,随机分为对照组(49例)和治疗组(49例)。对照组给予盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液,6~10滴/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服肿节风分散片,4片/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2周。观察两组患者的临床疗效、起效时间、听力阈值和致病菌清除情况。结果治疗后,对照组、治疗组的总有效率分别为85.71%、93.88%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组起效时间和听力阈值均明显低于治疗前,同组治疗前后差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),且治疗组听力阈值的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组致病菌总清除率(85.71%)明显高于对照组(67.35%),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论肿节风分散片联合洛美沙星治疗APOM具有较好的疗效,可改善听力情况,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical observation of Zhongjiefeng Dispersible Tablets combined with lomefloxacin in treatment of acute purulent otitis media

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Zhongjiefeng Dispersible Tablets combined with lomefloxacin in treatment of acute purulent otitis media (APOM). Methods Patients (98 cases) with APOM in Department of Otolaryngology Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were randomly divided into control (49 cases) and treatment (49 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were given Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride Ear Drops, 6-10 drops/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administrated with Zhongjiefeng Dispersible Tablets on the basis of control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies, onset time, hearing threshold, and bacterial clearance were observed. Results After treatment, the total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 85.71% and 93.88%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). The onset time and hearing threshold were lower than those before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). The bacterial clearance rate in the treatment group (85.71%) was significantly higher than that in the control groups (67.35%), and there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhongjiefeng Dispersible Tablets combined with lomefloxacin in treatment of APOM has a good clinical efficacy, and can significantly improve the hearing, which has a certain clinical application value.
