甘肃产牛蒡子的质量评价研究

摘    要:目的 对甘肃部分地区产牛蒡子进行质量评价研究,为完善甘肃产牛蒡子饮片的质量规范提供技术支持。方法 采用HPLC测定牛蒡苷、牛蒡苷元含量;采用UV测定总木脂素含量;采用醚浸出物法测定脂肪油含量。结果 收集到的甘肃地区产8个牛蒡子样品中牛蒡苷含量均达到中国药典标准要求,且甘肃定西、临洮、庆阳、和政和甘南产牛蒡子中所含牛蒡苷、牛蒡苷元、总木脂素及醚浸出物含量均不低于收集到的吉林、银川、康定、河南等地产的牛蒡子。结论 甘肃地区产牛蒡子药材质量较好,牛蒡子可作为甘肃开发引种药材新品种的选择。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study on quality evaluation of Arctii Fructus produced in Gansu to provide technical support for specifications of quality. METHODS Arctinin and arctigenin were detected by HPLC. Total lignanoids was detected by UV, and the fatty oil was detected by ether extractum. RESULTS The collected samples produced in Gansu were reach the standard of "China Pharmacopoeia". The content of arctinin, arctigenin, total lignanoids and fatty oil of Arctii Fructus produced in Dingxi, Lintao, Qingyang, Hezheng and Gannan were not less than samples of Jilin and other origins. CONCLUSION Arctii Fructus can be a new product introduction choice of Gansu. And the study also provide technical support for specifications of quality of Arctii Fructus produced in Gansu.
