灯盏花注射液与依那普利联合治疗非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病肾病临床研究

目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效。方法 :观测纯中药制剂灯盏花注射液和西药依那普利组成的中西医结合疗法 (治疗组 )与单纯西药依那普利 (对照组 )治疗非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病肾病患者治疗前后 2 4h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮、肌酐、平均动脉压、血脂、血液流变学指标变化。结果 :治疗 4wk后治疗组与对照组 2 4h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮、肌酐比较差别显著 (p <0 0 5 ,p <0 0 1) ,平均动脉压两组治疗后 ,差别无显著性 (p >0 0 5 ) ,而治疗组与对照组治疗后血脂、血液流变学指标 (红细胞压积除外 )有显著性差别 (p <0 0 5 ,p <0 0 1,p <0 0 5 )。结论 :中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病优于单纯西药治疗

Clinical study on non-insulin dependent diabetogenous nephropathy(NIDDMN) with treatment of combining dengzhanhua injection with Enalapril

Objective: To understand the chinical effect of combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine(TCM WM)in treating NIDDMN. Methods: NIDDMN patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated with TCM WM of pure traditional Chinese medicine dengzhanhua injection and western medicine Enalapril(treted group), the other with western medicine Enalapril alone(control group). Urine protein quantity/24 h, blood lipids and hemorrheological prorerty were detected pre and past therapy. Results: After treatment of 4 weeks, treated group was statistically significant of urine protein guantity/24 h, BUN, Cr(p<0 05,p<0 01),whereas MAP had no significant difference between two groups(p>0 05) blood lipids and hemorrheological parameters except for hematocrit were significantly different between treated group and control group. Conclusion: Combination therapy of TCM WM was better than sole western medicine in treating NIDDMN.
