| 摘 要： | 目的研究DS5糖化血红蛋白仪检测HbA1c的实验效果.方法选取30例糖尿病患者和10例健康人,用DS5糖化血红蛋白仪检测HbA1c,对其准确性、批内变异、批间变异、回收率、健全性进行实验研究.结果 DS5糖化血红蛋白仪检测HbA1c,准确性很好,批内变异为2.16%,批间变异为2.83%,回收率为98.3%,健全性很好.结论 DS5糖化血红蛋白仪检测HbA1c能准确、简便地满足临床诊治,适合临床常规开展.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of assaying HbA 1c by glycated hemoglobin analyser. Methods Thirty diabetic patients and 10 normal people were tested for HbA 1c by DS5 glycated hemoglobin analyser and the experiment method was in terms of accuracy,difference within and between batches, recovery rate and stability. Results The study showed that the experiment is accurate an d stable; difference within and between lot is 2 16% and 2 83% respectively; recobery rate is 98 3%.Conclusion Assaying HbA 1c by glyca ted hemoglobin analyser can satisfy clinical diagnosis and therapy accurately and simply. It is a convinent and advisable experiment for routine clinical use . |
