低温等离子射频治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征疗效评价

目的：探讨低温等离子射频治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）的疗效。方法：对55例OSAHS患者行低温等离子刀辅助悬雍垂腭咽成形术，在悬雍垂两侧向上楔形进刀，部分切除软腭及悬雍垂，并根据需要分别行软腭、扁桃体、及舌根部打孔。结果：术后6个月复查并均行多导睡眠监测，治愈8例，显效17例，有效25例，无效5例，总有效率90．9％。结论：低温等离子刀具有微创、出血少、安全、并发症少等特点。其用于治疗01泠Hs效果良好，但选择合适的病例很重要。

Evaluation of the effect of coblator plasma surgery in treatment of obstructive sleep apnea- hypopnea syndrome

objective:To observe the effect of coblator plasma surgery in treatment of obstructive sleep apnea-Hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Method:Fifty-Five cases of OSAHS were treated by Temperature-controlled Radiofre-quency ablation assisted uvulopalatoplasty.Among the cases,the cuneiform incise was madeinto the soft palate along the each side of Uvula.The soft palate and uvula were partlyresected.According to the necessity,some cases were operated on soft palate,tonsil and/ortongue base with Coblator plasma surgery systemfor ablation.Result:The follow-up period wassix months,55 cases received the detection of polysomnography.Eight cases were cured;17 caseshad notable effects;25 cases had effects;5 caseshad no effects.The total ratio of validity was 90.9%.Conclusion:It has clinical value to use Coblator plasma surgery system in treatment ofOSAHS,and its advantage include hemostasia,smalldamage,safety,lower complication.But,its veryImportant to choose appropriate case.
