碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗角膜损伤的临床疗效分析

目的]观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)滴眼液对角膜损伤修复的疗效。方法]角膜炎患者随机分为两组。对照组和bFGF组各54例，分别给予抗生素治疗以及bFGF滴眼液加抗生素治疗。43例单纯角膜穿通伤病例随机分为两组，对照组20例，给予秦利必妥滴眼液，治疗组23例，加用bFGF治疗。结果]角膜炎患者．bFGF组的治愈率为83．3％．有效率为88．9％，对照组治愈率为77．8％，有效率为85．2％，两组比较差异无显著性。但bFGF组的治愈率高于对照组治愈率；bFGF组治愈时间12．5d．对照组为22d，治愈时间显著缩短。角膜穿通透伤痛例，手术后，bFGF治疗组．1周内治愈的例数为82．6％，2周内为100％；对照组1周内治愈的例数占25％，2周内达到80％。bFGF组显著优于对照组。结论]bFGF可以促进角膜炎及角膜穿透伤的治愈率，显著缩短治愈时间。

Clinical Analysis on Therapeutic Effects of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor for Corneal Wound Healing

Objective]To observe the therapeutic effects of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF ) on corneal wound healing.Methods]The cases with keratitis were randomly divided into two groups, each included 54 cases. The antibiotics were administered to control group and bFGF combined with antibiotics to treatment group. Cases with simply penetrating corneal trauma( n =43) were randomly divided into two groups. Control group(20 cases) was treated with Tarivid (Ofloxacin) eye drops and treatment group (23 cases) was treated with bFGF combined with Tarivid eye drops.Results]As to cases with keratitis, cured rate and effective rate in bFGF group were 83.3% and 88.9%, respectively; those in control group was 77.8% and 85.2%, respectively. there were no significance between the two groups, but the cured rate in bFGF group was higher than in control group. The cured duration was 12.5 days in bFGF group and 22 days in control group,being shorter in bFGF group than in control significantly. As to cases with penetrating corneal trauma, the cured cases amounted to 82.6% in bFGF group within 1 week and 100% within 2 weeks, and 25% in control group within 1 week and 80% within 2 weeks. The therapeutic effect in bFGF group was superior to control group significantly.Conclusion]bFGF can promote cured rate and shorten cured duration of cases with keratitis or penetrating corneal trauma.
