彩色多普勒超声对87例子宫腺肌瘤的诊断分析

目的通过彩色多普勒超声检测诊断子宫腺肌瘤，为临床诊治提供可靠依据。方法对87例子宫腺肌瘤患者进行彩色多普勒检测，记录结果并做回顾性分析。结果本研究87例患者，诊断符合率为96．55％，误诊率为3．45％。腹部和阴道超声联合探查要优于单纯腹部或阴道超声检查。子宫腺肌瘤组的搏动指数（PI）显著高于正常对照组（P〈0．05），而子宫动脉阻力指数（RI）、血流量（BFV）则出现显著下降。结论彩色多普勒超声是临床诊断子宫腺肌瘤的首选辅助检查，其诊断准确率高。

Diagnosis and analysis of 87 patients with uterine adenomyoma by color doppler ultrasonography

Objective To provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of uterine adenomyoma by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Eighty-seven cases of uterine adenomyoma were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, and the results were recorded and analyzed retrospectively. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of the uterine adenomyoma group was 96. 55% , and the rate of misdiagnosis was 3.45%. The combined use of ultrasound examination though abdominal and vaginal was much better than that of the single route of ultrasound examination. PI of the adenomyoma group was significantly higher than that of the normal control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. RI, BFV declined significantly（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound is the preferred method for clinical diagnosis of uterine adenomyoma, it has high diagnostic accuracy rate.
