高血压是心血管系统的常见疾病之一,但目前高血压的治疗效果却不容乐观。肾脏的神经调节在原发性高血压的起病及长期维持过程中扮演重要角色。因此,肾脏的去神经治疗是探索原发性高血压新的治疗策略的重要组成部分,现就肾脏功能的神经调节,原发性高血压发病的神经源性机制,原发性高血压去肾脏神经治疗的研究进展等方面作一综述。
