| 摘 要： | 目的:分析意外拔管发生的原因及护理对策.方法:对我院37例插管的患者进行回顾性分析,总结37例意外拔管者的发生原因及采取的护理措施.结果:37例意外拔管患者中鼻饲管占48.6%,胃肠减压管占24.3%,导尿管占21.6%.其中清醒患者、夜班拔管发生较多.结论:加强易拔管道、重点患者和重要时段的管理,可有效预防意外拔管的...

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the causes of accidental extubation and nursing countermeasure.Methods: 37 cases of intubation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed patients,37 cases of accidental extubation summarized the causes and take care measures.Results: 37 cases of accidental extubation in patients with nasal feeding tube in 48.6%,24.3% gastrointestinal decompression tubes,catheters accounted for 21.6%.Extubation occured mainly in clear-headed patients and in night.Conclusion: Focusing on the management plucking pipeline important patients and important time can effectively prevent the occurrence of accidental extubation. |
