| 摘 要： | 2011年ACCF/AHA临床指南工作组根据近年临床试验的结果对目前心房颤动（房颤）的治疗指南提出重点更新建议,主要有：（1）心室率控制策略的新认识：严格还是宽松;（2）房颤抗栓的新方案和新药物（达必加群）;（3）决奈达隆用于房颤转复、维持窦性心律以及对经导管消融治疗房颤的新观点。作者根据对相关临床资料的回顾提出了对指南更新要点的思考和认识。
