康复新液局部治疗婴幼儿疱疹性龈口炎的疗效观察

目的探讨康复新液局部治疗婴幼儿疱疹性龈口炎的临床效果。方法 142例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组72例,给以常规抗病毒治疗,口腔用康复新液涂搽;对照组70例,给以常规抗病毒治疗,口腔用0.1%利巴韦林涂搽。局部治疗3次/d,疗程3d。结果治疗组有效率80.56%,对照组有效率60.43%,两组比较有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论康复新液局部治疗婴幼儿疱疹性龈口炎安全、有效。

Observations of effects of kangfuxin solution on the local treatment for infantile herpetic stomatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of kangfuxin solution on the local treatment for infantile herpetic stomatitis.Methods142 infants with infantile herpetic stomatitis were divided into two groups randomly.The test group（72 cases） were treated with routine antivirus treatment and applied kangfuxin solution to their oral cavity;the control group（70 cases） were treated as the test group and used 0.1% Ribavirin solution to their oral cavity.Local therapy was three times daily,the course of treatment was three days.ResultsThe effective rate was 80.56% in the test group,it was 61.43% in the control group,compared between the two groups,there was significant differences（P〈0.05）.ConclusionKangfuxin solution is safe and effective on the local treatment for infantile herpetic stomatitis.
