| 摘 要： | 近年来心肾疾病之间的关系引起了广泛关注,慢性肾脏病与心血管病两者有共同的发病因素、互为危险因素。心肾综合征（CRS）是指心脏或肾脏功能不全时相互影响、相互加重导致心肾功能急剧恶化的一种临床综合征。尽管目前在CRS研究中取得了一些进展,但对CRS的发病机制尚未完全阐明,现有的一些治疗效果不理想,尚未形成共识。因此,还需进一步加强CRS病理生理学机制研究,确定靶向治疗策略,从而阻断心-肾恶性循环。

| Abstract: | The relationship between renal and cardiac diseases has been closely examined in recent years.Specifically,cardiorenal syndrome(CRS) can be defined as a clinical syndrome in which the heart or the kidney fails to compensate for the functional impairment of the other organ,which in turn results in a decline in function for both organs.Despite recent recognition of CRS,the underlying pathophysiology is not well understood,and no consensus has been reached for its management.This review recommends that further... |
