| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对新疆基层县、乡、村医疗单位卫生服务技术需求情况的调查,为我国开展农村卫生技术的遴选和推广提供参考信息.方法:选择新疆阜康市、福海县、洛浦县作为样本县市,对这些县市县、乡、村三级医疗单位的管理者、科主任以及医疗骨干进行现场问卷调查.共发放调查表130份,收回124份.全部回收问卷经检查后采用Access软件录入数据,使用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析.结果:(1)22个县乡临床医疗单位最迫切需求的卫生服务技术共有28种,(2)村卫生室医生平时诊治疾病中排在前五位的分别是上呼吸道感染、急、慢性胃炎和其它消化系统疾病、高血压、头痛、慢性支气管炎和肺炎.(3)村卫生室迫切培训的卫生服务技术主要有18种.结论:不同医疗单位对卫生服务技术的需求较分散,县乡级医疗机构以心血管疾病防治技术为主,而村卫生室以呼吸系统疾病防治技术为主. |
