| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌骨转移SPECT的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析了168例乳腺癌患者骨转移的影像学表现,SPECT选择99Tcm-MDP作为显像剂,综合分析乳腺癌骨转移性病变的SPECT扫描特点。结果乳腺癌SPECT扫描以多样性表现为特点;SPECT影像检出率达94.0%,但其缺乏特异性。结论放射性核素骨显像结合临床资料,能够早期发现骨转移病灶,为临床治疗提供有力的依据。 |
