| 摘 要： | 目的探求肾性贫血患者血清铁蛋白及叶酸检测的临床诊疗价值。方法采用Beckman-Coulter Access 2化学发光免疫分析仪,检测156例肾性贫血患者和48例正常对照组的血清铁蛋白（SF）和叶酸（FA）含量,对检测结果进行比较分析。结果肾性贫血患者的SF和FA含量明显低于正常对照组（P〈0.01）。结论检测的SF和FA含量可了解患者铁代谢的状况以及叶酸的缺乏程度,对纠正肾功能不全引起的贫血有重要的临床意义。 |
