| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨继发性糖尿病的诊断及治疗方法.方法:分析60例继发性糖尿病患者的临床特点及诊治经过.结果:60例继发性糖尿病患者多为原发病症状不典型的,仅以血糖升高为主要表现的难治性糖尿病,治疗原发病以后,血糖恢复良好.结论:提高对继发性糖尿病的认识,及时诊断治疗对继发性糖尿病具有重要临床意义.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate diagnosis and treatment of secondary diabetes mellitus.Methods: Clinical characteristics and treatment of 60 cases secondary diabetes mellitus were analyzed retrospectively.Results: 60 cases second diabetes mellitus belonged to refractory,which primary symptoms were abtypical only with high blood sugar.The blood glucose recoveried after treatment of primary disease.Conclusion: It was immportant to improve the understanding to secondary diabetes mellitus,immediate diagnosis and treatment. |
