Focused on health education in the hormonal therapy of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus compliance of the impact

Objective To investigate the impact of the hormonal therapy of compliance for the attending intervention on systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） patients.MethodsTo use sam pling methods of 94 cases in the treatment of SLE patients duration of hospital stay and postdischarged adopt different forms of health education,measure and statistic the patients with hor mone therapy the compliance after and before education.ResultsAfter the education,patients take medicine followed by doctor,the times of the medical order,and the optimal time;never stop using the medicine or replace drugs by themselves,the compliance markedly improved（P〈0.01）,no recurrence within six months and the situation improved significantly（P〈0.01）,the follow-up time specified by the doctors has no obvious effect（P〈0.05）.ConclusionBased on the SLE patients with specific health education,patients with hormone therapy can improve compliance and reduce recurrence of the disease,improve the patients＇ life quality.
