| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨残根残冠经根管治疗与冠修复后的临床治疗效果.方法:选择2002-2006年收治的186例残根残冠患者为研究对象,经根管治疗后行桩核冠修复,随访观察6个月～4 a,分析其临床疗效.结果:6个月～4 a随访时,186颗患牙中170颗修复成功,8颗牙根出现不同程度的松动,4颗出现瘘管,2例核桩因继发龋脱落;2例因牙...

| Abstract: | Objective: Discuss the clinical effects of residual roots and crowns undergone root canal therapy(RCT) and crown restoration.Methods: 186 cases residual roots and crowns during 2002-2006 was chosen to undergo post-core-crown restoration after RCT.Follow up observations in 6 months to 4 years were taken,then discuss their clinical effects.Results: All of 186 offending teeth,168 successfully restored,10 had varying degrees of root loosening,4 had fistula,2 had core crowns off for secondary caries,and 2 extracted for periodontitis.Conclusion: In the strict indications,completing RCT and crown restoration allowed the residual roots and crowns to achieve satisfactory clinical effect. |
