摘    要:心房颤动(房颤)的发生机制,除了局灶学说和多发子波折返学说,大量的基础和临床研究证实,心脏内源性自主神经系统在房颤的发生和维持中起着重要作用,针对于心脏自主神经的神经节消融为治疗房颤提供了新的发展方向。

Abstract:There are two kinds of mechanisms for atrial fibrillation(Af) including the focal theory and Moe's multiple reentrant theory that have been found.More basic and clinical studies have shown that intrinsic cardiac autonomic nervous system(ICANS) play a critical role in initiation and maintenance of Af.Ganglionated plexi ablation is a useful method for interfering ICANS and may provide a hopeful therapy for Af.
